四、注意雙重否定的轉換
例題：2007年6月真題
題干：Many people are too scared to pursue their dreams because they are unwilling to ________。
原文：Once people discover their passion， many are too scared to do anything about it. Instead， they do nothing. With this step， job seekers should assess what they are willing to give up， or risk， in pursuit of their dream。
評點：此題的最大難度在于，題干中運用了雙重否定的設置方式。解題時要發(fā)現(xiàn)主句中的too…to與從句中 unwilling都是否定的表達，雙重否定表示肯定，因此句子含義就轉換成了——很多人追求夢想是因為他們愿意…。所以對比原文，可以得出答案give up or risk。
