國務(wù)院公報開通官方微博粉絲暴增

　　The gazette of the State Council opened its account on China's Twitter-like service Sina Weibo on Saturday, as thousands of government administrations showed willingness to engage with the public via social media。

　　The gazette Weibo account will be used to publish the country's major policies and guidelines in a timely and accurate manner, according to an advance notice released on Sina Weibo on Friday。

　　Its first Weibo messages released on Saturday are a number of government decrees and regulations on waterway management, automobile recall, education, and green food as well as the reshuffle of government officials. The account was followed by 218,000 fans as of 8 pm on Saturday。

　　More Chinese government administrations and agencies have resorted to micro blogs to interact with the public, as micro-blogging services are gaining influence among the country's 500 million Internet users。

　　They use micro blogs to offer information, answer queries, address complaints, and sometimes provide credible responses to rumors。

　　The number of government micro blog accounts registered at Sina Weibo reached 51,000 by the end of September, an increase of more than 6,000 from three months ago, according to a Sina Weibo report released in October。

　　China's government micro blogs have become a priority channel for authorities to communicate with the public in case of emergencies, the report said。

　　據(jù)中國之聲《央廣新聞》報道，喜歡刷微博的朋友可能注意到了，國務(wù)院公報昨天(10日)在新浪網(wǎng)上開通了官方微博，它現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有了20多萬的粉絲。

　　國務(wù)院公報是1955年經(jīng)國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議決定創(chuàng)辦，由國務(wù)院辦公廳編輯出版，公報上刊登的行政法規(guī)和規(guī)章文本為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本。國務(wù)院公報官方微博從開通到現(xiàn)在的46個小時里，已經(jīng)有24萬的粉絲，而它關(guān)注的人一共有6個，有新浪新聞中心的負(fù)責(zé)人，有外交小靈通、人民日報、政府微博助手、頭條新聞和微博客服。

　　發(fā)的首條微博是在9日的上午11點，微博說：大家好，國務(wù)院公報微博明天將正式上線，將秉承"傳達(dá)政令、宣傳政策、指導(dǎo)工作、服務(wù)社會"的辦刊宗旨，及時準(zhǔn)確地公布國家的重大方針政策，歡迎關(guān)注！從昨天早上開通之后，7點38分到7點59分這20分鐘的時間里，一共發(fā)了14條微博。大多是國務(wù)院令。比如，有第626號國務(wù)院令－缺陷汽車產(chǎn)品召回管理條例，還有第625號國務(wù)院令－國內(nèi)水路運輸管理條例，這些都是上個月國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議通過的內(nèi)容。其他的微博也主要以國務(wù)院發(fā)布的一些法規(guī)內(nèi)容為主。網(wǎng)友可以通過每條微博后邊的詳細(xì)地址的鏈接來進(jìn)入中國政府網(wǎng)，閱讀詳細(xì)的內(nèi)容。雖然微博并沒有什么首發(fā)的新消息，都是政府網(wǎng)上原有的一些內(nèi)容，但相信通過微博這樣一種手段可以更加拉近和百姓之間的距離，讓每條國務(wù)院令或者是出臺的一些政策法規(guī)能夠讓百姓及時的了解，起到政令傳達(dá)的一個絕佳的效果。
