　　9.國(guó)家體育場(chǎng)

　　總投資：31.5億元

　　The National Stadium is a stunning Beijing landmark. It has been nicknamed the "bird's nest" due to the web of twisting steel sections that form its roof. The building was designed by the Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron for use throughout the 2008 Summer Olympics and Paralympics. It covers an area of 20.4 hectares, with its tallest point at 69.21 meters。

　　The stadium has two independent structures, a red concrete seating bowl and the outer steel frame 50 feet away. The steel frame is shaped like a saddle and is an elliptical structure weighing 42,000 tons. The three-level seating can hold up to 91,000 spectators, and the building is considered to be the world's largest enclosed space。

　　國(guó)家體育場(chǎng)位于北京奧林匹克公園中心區(qū)南部，主體建筑為“鳥巢”，是2008年第29屆奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的主體育場(chǎng)。工程總占地面積21公頃，建筑面積258,000㎡。場(chǎng)內(nèi)觀眾坐席約為91000個(gè)，其中臨時(shí)坐席約11000個(gè)。

　　國(guó)家體育場(chǎng)這一巨型體育場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)由2001年普利茨克獎(jiǎng)獲得者赫爾佐格、德梅隆與中國(guó)建筑師李興剛等合作完成，形態(tài)如同孕育生命的“巢”，它更像一個(gè)搖籃，寄托著人類對(duì)未來的希望。設(shè)計(jì)者們對(duì)這個(gè)國(guó)家體育場(chǎng)沒有做任何多余的處理，只是坦率地把結(jié)構(gòu)暴露在外，因而自然形成了建筑的外觀。

　　2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)期間，在這里舉行了奧運(yùn)會(huì)、殘奧會(huì)開閉幕式、田徑比賽及足球比賽決賽。奧運(yùn)會(huì)后，國(guó)家體育場(chǎng)成為北京市民廣泛參與體育活動(dòng)及享受體育娛樂的大型專業(yè)場(chǎng)所，并成為具有地標(biāo)性的體育建筑和奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)。

　　8.遠(yuǎn)望大廈

　　總投資：40億元

　　Yuanwang Mansion, also known as the "City in the Sky," is a super skyscraper located in Changsha, the capital city of Hunan Province. It will stand at 838 meters in height and have 220 floors, 10 meters higher and 50 floors more than the world's current tallest building, Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It is designed to contain residential units, hotels, schools, a hospital and offices buildings. It can be a home for 30,400 people and will have 16 panoramic and 31 super high speed elevators. The construction period will only last for seven months and it is expected to be completed in 2013.

　　遠(yuǎn)望大廈或名天空城市，是一座正在計(jì)劃中的超級(jí)摩天大樓，高樓將落戶中國(guó)湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市望城區(qū)，項(xiàng)目?jī)粽嫉?0畝，總投資不低于40億元人民幣，建設(shè)周期僅訂為7個(gè)月，發(fā)展商為遠(yuǎn)大可建科技有限公司。

　　建成后，大樓高度將達(dá)838米共220層，比現(xiàn)時(shí)世界最高的哈利法塔還要高50層和10米。屆時(shí)，大樓將會(huì)集住宅、酒店、學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、寫字樓等多種業(yè)態(tài)于一體。項(xiàng)目建筑面積達(dá)100萬平方米，可容納30400人。

　　該建筑項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃于今年12月31日竣工。
