China Zun is a skyscraper under construction in the Central Business District of Beijing. It is named after the Zun, an ancient Chinese wine vessel, which inspired the design. The building will reach a height of 528 meters with 108 floors after completion in 2016. It is expected to surpass China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 meters to be the tallest building in the city。
中國尊是計劃成為北京最高的建筑，位于北京CBD核心區內編號為Z15地塊正中心，西側與北京目前最高的建筑“國貿三期”對望，計劃528米高，未來將被規劃為中信集團總部大樓。
該建筑將于2016年底封頂，預計總投資達240億元。
1.武漢綠地中心
總投資：300億元
The Wuhan Greenland Center being built by the Greenland Group will not be the highest building in the world, but the investment on its construction is much more than the Burj Khalifa Tower's US$1.5 billion and Taipei 101's 12.8 billion yuan (US$2.02 billion)。
Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the Wuhan Greenland Center is going to be the world's 4th tallest building. It will reach a height of 606 meters with 119 floors. This tower is an elegantly tapered structure featuring softly rounded corners and a domed top designed to reduce wind resistance and vortex action that builds up around super tall towers. It also aims to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions。
原規劃606米、“世界第三、中國第二、中部第一”的武漢綠地中心，毗鄰武漢長江隧道至武漢長江二橋之間武昌江邊，2010年12月8日正式開工建設，預計2017年完工。
不過，今年5月，綠地集團武漢房地產事業部相關負責人證實，武漢綠地中心正在調整規劃，以打造中國第一高樓；目前已經確定要加高，最終高度肯定高于606米，很有可能是636米。
